Join us for Adagio Adult Ballet on Thursdays:
8.30AM - 9.30AM Ballet Technique in Erina
10.15AM - 11.15AM Intermediate Ballet in Erina

These classes are fun and also a full body workout wrapped up in nostalgia, classical music and some fun classical choreography too.
​
Ballet Technique Class is for beginners through to intermediate levels. Get back to the basics and foundations of ballet with barre work, port de bras, centre practice, some turns and some choreography.
​
Intermediate Ballet Class is for those with 3years + ballet, dance, pilates, yoga, physie or equivalent experience. This class is aimed at around the Grade 5 - Intermediate Foundation RAD.

Ballet foundations and fundamentals taught by highly skilled ballet coaches.
When it comes to learning ballet for the first time, whether someone is 3, 13 or 30 or older, the fundamentals, technique, terminology and foundations need to be coached by highly trained skilled teachers.

It's incredibly hard to untrain habits that are formed incorrectly, so always ensure the ballet teacher you choose comes equipped with incredibly solid training and experience, so what they model to students is correct.
